MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs)

Led digital post-production for one of Paramount’s biggest annual tentpole events. Managed real-time content workflows before, during, and after the live show, coordinating across editorial, social, design, and platform teams to ensure assets were published accurately and on time. This included managing tight turnarounds for red carpet coverage, winner announcements, and performance highlights across multiple platforms. Kept teams aligned through detailed schedules, proactive communication, and clear escalation paths, all while maintaining metadata, accessibility, and brand consistency.

  • The CMT Awards in 2023 stands out. I managed digital production operations for the event and had the chance to watch rehearsals for some of my favorite country artists. It felt like having a private concert while doing the work I love. It was equal parts surreal and rewarding.

  • During a live event, a freak hailstorm with golf ball sized hail hit while we were coordinating footage. Despite the chaos, we got every piece delivered on time. It was wild, but a good reminder that planning, quick thinking, and a solid team can handle just about anything. Also, I never say no to a good iced coffee :)
